mark bio picAfter finishing college with a B.S. in Business Administration and working in the marketing/sales industry for a few years I realized that I was not passionate about my career. Something was missing. Exercise and nutrition had been interests of mine for several years, so I decided to hit the books to earn my certification as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I was able to align my enthusiasm for fitness with a professional certification so that I would be able to be passionate about my career while sharing it with others.

I firmly believe that EVERYONE can achieve their fitness goals.

Regardless if your goals are Fat Burning, Toning, Performance Enhancement, Flexibility or Strength and Conditioning, I will provide you with a strategy to make those dreams become a reality.

I recognize that with the demanding lifestyles we lead, most individuals don’t believe they have enough time to juggle both, their busy schedules and their own health, fitness and well being at the same time.

I am here to show you how you can look good and feel good while still working and playing hard! I work with you every step of the way to ensure you get maximum results in the short amount of time given to you, by designing programs that make sure you are using your time in the gym as efficiently and effectively as possible. Luis Pics 438I received my training certification through NASM several years ago. I started training because I love the sport of fitness and wanted to share that enthusiasm with others. On a personal level, fitness totally changed my life and I firmly believe it can do the same for anyone. Many times we think there is not enough time in the day to fit in a workout. As an individual who has worked at a fulltime corporate career as well as personal training and still manage to work out myself, I live that every day. Your health and well-being is so important that you have to make the time. When you do, you will not have a single regret. My training style is fun and adaptable to individuals at any fitness level.
