Mark J Camacho

mark bio picAfter finishing college with a B.S. in Business Administration and working in the marketing/sales industry for a few years I realized that I was not passionate about my career. Something was missing. Exercise and nutrition had been interests of mine for several years, so I decided to hit the books to earn my certification as a Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I was able to align my enthusiasm for fitness with a professional certification so that I would be able to be passionate about my career while sharing it with others.

I firmly believe that EVERYONE can achieve their fitness goals.

Regardless if your goals are Fat Burning, Toning, Performance Enhancement, Flexibility or Strength and Conditioning, I will provide you with a strategy to make those dreams become a reality.

I recognize that with the demanding lifestyles we lead, most individuals don’t believe they have enough time to juggle both, their busy schedules and their own health, fitness and well being at the same time.

I am here to show you how you can look good and feel good while still working and playing hard! I work with you every step of the way to ensure you get maximum results in the short amount of time given to you, by designing programs that make sure you are using your time in the gym as efficiently and effectively as possible. Chad Wilson


My job as a personal trainer is to energize your workouts to take you to the next level, and to push you to accomplish goals you didn’t think you could reach. My special areas of focus are weight loss, muscle toning and building, core training and strength conditioning. I am certified through NASM, AED, CPR, and first aid. By combining this with encouragement, motivation, and consistent follow up, my clients excel at their goals! I care about people and their goals they have set for themselves. Their goals become my goals, and we work as a team to see results! I hope I can assist you in making fitness a way of your life.







Cameron Smith

Cameron I started exercising after my father had a heart attack at the age of 50 because I saw that based on my diet and lack of exercise I was following in his footsteps and I knew that I had to change. I soon developed a love for fitness and couldn’t seem to get enough of it. Once I became a certified trainer I knew that I had found my calling in life because I have always loved helping other people and by being a trainer I get to help people change their lives on a daily basis. I have trained out of large gyms and private studios and I love nothing more than training clients in a private studio because the focus can then be 100% on them which maximizes their results. I love sports and when I’m not working out I love a good game of Racquetball or a great pickup Basketball game. But as former Assistant Golf Pro I have a love for golf and I play whenever I get the chance. The clients that most benefit from me are ones who expect fast results and love workouts that are based on their individual goals but also change all of the time to keep it fun and exciting. As an NPC Men’s Physique competitor I love clients that really enjoy lifting weights and pushing their bodies to their max.

Luis Pics 438I received my training certification through NASM several years ago. I started training because I love the sport of fitness and wanted to share that enthusiasm with others. On a personal level, fitness totally changed my life and I firmly believe it can do the same for anyone. Many times we think there is not enough time in the day to fit in a workout. As an individual who has worked at a fulltime corporate career as well as personal training and still manage to work out myself, I live that every day. Your health and well-being is so important that you have to make the time. When you do, you will not have a single regret. My training style is fun and adaptable to individuals at any fitness level. It would be an honor to help you along your journey to a more fit, active and healthy lifestyle.

marta bio picI hold a B.S in Exercise Science and I am an ACE certified trainer specializing in building muscle, gaining strength, and fat loss. I began strength training because I didn’t like the idea of myself or other women being anything less than the physical powerhouses we really are. Healthy living has been my lifestyle and passion from an early age and now the sport of powerlifting has produced an immense amount of personal ambition for me to become my physical best. With the right amount of determination and support combined with a healthy diet, I believe there is nothing that can stop you from achieving your fitness goals at any age. As a trainer, my goal is to help incorporate fitness into your life and to improve the overall quality of your life. Whatever your lifestyle goals may be, I can help you reach them!
